st, a couple of notes: Oregon Co is a class 3 county. "A third-class county in Missouri is a county that automatically falls into the third tier of county classification because its assessed valuation is lower than the amount required to be classified as a second-class county (less than $600 million, adjusted annually or per statutory baseline). [1, 2]" Because of this, the county operates under a limited set of permissions and we as citizens do not have the same rights as ... say as a citizen in St. Louis. ok, its come to my attention (although I could not verify the source) that TO has indeed threatened our county commissioners with a lawsuit. Just like he as done with 2 other individuals for expressing their 1st amendment rights. So, before the sun was up this morning, I'm sitting here with my cup of coffee, in the dark, thinking that there is something that we could do to protect our county commissioners personally and us, the OC citizens... could we - on behalf of the citizens of OC - form an LLC? And anyone who is a resident of OC and pays taxes here is protected? or am I just thinking too far out of the box... Because frankly, we were supposed to have this {toothless} ordinance already signed as of last week, and yet - here we are with our CCs hiding in their offices.

*NO DATA CENTER IDEAS 💡" the morning after the town hall I woke up with my head swirling & I just needed to get it down somewhere, so not to forget...I've obviously been editing it & it's just a very rough basic draft, but I wanted to share sooner rather than later regardless https://docs.google.com/document/d/15_uMCOIqx8ZCWWAZSwxl4MQ6fBtsezkXlLn2ZlFIFhw/edit?usp=drivesdk

#EndangeredSpecies #Arkansas #missouri #Ozarks #environment Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, is the largest spring in Arkansas and one of the largest springs in the United States. An average of approximately 9.78 million gallons of water flows from the spring every hour. The water remains about 58°F year-round and creates a 10-acre spring lake. Just across the state line is Thayer, Missouri. The Warm Fork River flows through Thayer and into Arkansas, where it joins the massive flow from Mammoth Spring to form the Spring River. This is karst country. Water travels underground through cracks, caves and passages in Ozark limestone. Rainfall and groundwater from southern Missouri can travel underground before emerging at Mammoth Spring. Water doesn’t recognize property lines or state lines. The Warm Fork is also home to the critically imperiled Mammoth Spring crayfish, considered possibly Missouri’s rarest crayfish. Land in this watershed is now for sale, marketed by The Nation Media Group in Kansas City, Missouri. What happens upstream matters downstream. Before major development occurs, Missourians and Arkansans deserve to know what is planned, how much water it could require and what it could mean for this extraordinary Ozark water system. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1774012090314340
